This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Registration includes helmet, shoulder pads, jersey, pants and mouthpiece. Players will be responsible for providing their own cleats. All equipment will be returned at the end of the season.
Copy of the birth certificate will be required.
